I am a fully qualified Human and Veterinary Physiotherapist covering areas of Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey. I am registered with the HCPC, CSP and ACPAT as a Cat A member. I have studied rider specific assessments and treatments for asymmetries with Andy Thomas using his TESTT system. I am also a level 1 and 2 practitioner of ANF (Amino Neuro Frequency) Treatment.
Physiotherapy is for everyone. From post operative recovery to pre-competition sports massages. I am able to discuss and assess your individual needs and put together a program of sessions supported by self-managed exercises.
ANF therapy is used alongside well know treatments to support the longevity of the benefits of treatment and reduce pain and inflammation.
As a Cat A member of ACPAT I am also fully qualified to treat the furry members of your family, I specialise in assessing and treating horses.
I have recently invested in a lovely clinic space at my home in Waterlooville for my two legged clients. I provide a relaxed and professional atmosphere during assessments and treatments. If you have serious mobility issues or require your treatment to take place at home then I also offer a home visit service, so feel free to get in touch and we can make a plan to suit you.
For the 4 legged clients I find it much more relaxing to treat them in their own home be that in a stable or in their field, I am happy to work with them wherever suits.

I am an ACPAT Cat A member meaning I am fully qualified to treat animals; I specialise in horses, all ages and disciplines, rehab to retirement. I work closely with your Vet and am able to work with insurance companies should you need to claim for treatment.

This is a new treatment and only currently provided by a limited number of clinicians in the UK. I have always loved animals and ridden since I was 5; this lead me to study my National Diploma in Horse Management at Sparsholt College and gain my British Horse Society Preliminary Teaching Test. After completing my course I worked at a riding school and then at a livery yard. During this time I continued to teach. This started my interest in rider biomechanics and the complex interaction of horse and rider.
Due to the time I had spent working I did not possess the required academic qualifications to go straight to University. I undertook an Access course in Health and Social Care before applying to University. I was accepted onto my Physiotherapy degree course by Bournmouth University and qualified in 2014 with my BSc.
I worked alongside Jenny Hadland and in a private Physiotherapy practice while studying for my Veterinary Physiotherapy qualification. I qualified in 2018 with a Post graduate Diploma Certificate.
I am now a fully qualified and insured Human and Veterinary Physiotherapist. I am registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC), the Chartered Society for Physiotherapists (CSP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (ACPAT). I am also qualified in the use of ANF therapy.
